WeDrill Indigenous Energy Group (“WeDrill”, “we”, “us”) operates wedrillindigenous.com. • Enquiries you send us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, organization, role type, email address and message.
• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request — to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse of the contact form.
• Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, pages viewed, referring site, country and device type). It collects aggregated data only, does not use cookies and is not used to identify you.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work with you. We use technical and statistical information to operate, secure and improve the website. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Service providers and storage outside Canada

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:

• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form enquiries to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365 — our business email, where enquiries are received and stored.

These providers may store or process information in the United States or other countries, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by authorities.

Retention and safeguards

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them. We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our email accounts.
